"Was a hassle to get the shuttle. Told to watch for certain vehicle at a certain spot and that was not what showed up!!!
When arrived at hotel, did not receive room we booked and there was no other available room for us. Kids had to sleep on cot and floor!!!! Terrible!

"Happy Valley, not so happy. Very clean, smells clean beds and pillows are comfy, shower is nice with adequate water pressure. But the gentleman who checked me in heckled me a little for having a child with me for a king bed. He said it was a fire hazard. I had no idea, never heard that before. "We had a 9 hour layover so we did not spend much time at the hotel. They were very helpful in explaining over the phone where to go for the shuttle from the airport to the Hotel. Room was very nice, bed and bedding super comfortable. We hoped on the Shuttle back to the airport at 5:30am so did not have breakfast."

"Everything was great amenities wise. B|B market the first day of our stay the staff was very friendly.
