"Very big hotel, only 1 person taking care of checks in. Microwave, fridge and tv not working, then finally got the tv working connected, and cant share my phone's screen on the tv, what is this 1995?"

"I like how convenient this hotel is to Disney and how its location qualifies its guests for early entry, as well as being a more affordable option for that particular bonus. The rooms themselves are clean and well cared for. However, the “free” internet was terrible. It didn’t work in the hotel room at all and I had to sit in the lobby to complete some work I had brought with me. Also, I’m not sure if I had a new employee at the check in desk or what, but he didn’t ask for my ID or debit card or...

"I absolutely enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It was definitely in a prime location very close to Bourbon Street and all of some amazing restaurants. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable of the area. The room was very clean and housekeeping was amazing. The only thing I wish the room had was a refrigerator. Other than that this day was amazing."

"Our initial room had little pieces of animals on top of the bed so we asked to change to another room. The second room was the same, the bed was filthy and full of debris. I asked to change to another room and the clerk at the lobby hesitated to do the move but did it anyway. That room was finally decent. The hotel smelled like weed the whole time. Breakfast was good. I would not stay here again."
