"The front desk staff was not knowledgeable about the facilities, could not answer or would not answer simple questions and were neither cheerful nor helpful. When I asked to see the manager, the front desk staff reluctantly called her. The manager (Mandie? Maggie?) stepped in helpfully and was able to resolve several of the problems. The room was adequate if spare. The bed was fine and refrigerator was good size, although it had no freezer compartment. There might be close to 100 rooms and only one microwave. It is located near the front office and, predictably, smells of everyone else's food. The location is fairly convenient to the freeway and I could not hear great noise from my room in the back building. The price was okay but considering the modest amenities and service, I would not call it a particularly good deal."

"Room was well laid out and accommodating but needed a bit of upkeep. The fit and finish is worn down and the furniture is long in the tooth (fabric). The TV was not smartTV and considerably small for the room. There was no sponge for dishwashing and not enough storage ware. Great location, next door to Trader Joe's. Ingress and egress was congested as there is only one way in and out and it's shared with Trader Joe's traffic. The shareholders need to invest in bringing it up-to-date and it'll be a 4/5 easily."
