"Room was well laid out and accommodating but needed a bit of upkeep. The fit and finish is worn down and the furniture is long in the tooth (fabric). The TV was not smartTV and considerably small for the room. There was no sponge for dishwashing and not enough storage ware. Great location, next door to Trader Joe's. Ingress and egress was congested as there is only one way in and out and it's shared with Trader Joe's traffic. The shareholders need to invest in bringing it up-to-date and it'll be...

"The breakfast buffet could be ALOT better. It had very few options. However, the restaurant in the hotel does offer food to people staying at the hotel at a good price with a voucher. I believe a meal was $5. Rooms could use an upgrade but overall was an ok stay."

"We like how it is in close proximity to Malibu/Santa Monica as well as universal studios and Hollywood. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. We also like how it is In walking distance to the Calabassas commons shopping and restaurants."
