Generally lovely and the location is nice being near Melrose and the Beverly Center (good shopping!) but I’ve had to wipe down the bathroom floors 2 or the 3 times I’ve stayed here as there was dark hair in some of the floor and sink corners, and in the shower (in blonde). I would usually ask for a new room or to have it cleaned but it was either late / I was tired or I was in too much of a hurry to ask. But I will stay there again "

Breakfast was ample and the ingredients were varied day by day. The room was also very large. I was satisfied but I would probably look elsewhere if I came back to the area."
