"The room was clean but that didn't make up for an air conditioner that didn't work on a hot humid night! The manager said all he could do for my wife & I was offer us another room with single bed; when we had paid for a room with 2 queen beds. I declined the offer and we literally sweated out the night; no sleep! That's the last time we ever stay there!!! Also there was no ice bucket liner, no tissues, only 1 small bar of soap & only half a roll of toilet paper for 2 people!"

"No one should stay here. Rooms Dirty, electric sockets don't work. Water was yellow and and faucset loose. No cups for coffee or for drinking water. Room needs a deep cleaning and a health inspection. Only one curtain and it was falling off the dirty windows. Floor needed a cleaning and had some dead bugs. Air condition was so dirty you didn't want to touch it to turn it on. TV remotes were given to you at check in. We were given three since they didn't know which TV we had. Door keys didn't work, got new ones and they didn't work. Staff member who was passing by went and got the correct key. Deck personnel didn't know what type of lock was on our door. Room smelled bad. The only nice thing was the court yard. Please don't stay here."
