The tv was a rabbit ear 13" with a snowy picture and 2 Vietnamese channels only. The hotel is old in a not so good area with hookers standing outside the hotel. The hotel is so old if it is clean you can't tell, needs paint, plumping toilet leaking around the base, needs lots of work to bring into a 1-star hotel rating. Many restaurants in walking...

"There was a fire in my bathroom and they moved me to a different room. The new room they provided the drain backfilled filling up the bathroom floor with sewer water. Make sure that you bring your own toothpaste and soap. Did I mention the cockroach’s? "
