Breakfast was good that's it staff was decent but the room was Horrible had to buy candles air sanitizer spray and shower disinfectant cleaner"

"I had a very late check in and staff was so accommodating, friendly, and helpful. Bed was super comfortable and shower was extra clean and water temp perfect. Entire staff that I encountered were all highly professional and friendly."

"My concern is not with the hotel staff, who were professional, courteous, and helpful throughout my stay. My complaint relates specifically to the valet operation servicing the hotel's entrance. Upon arrival after a three-hour drive with my wife and young daughter, valet personnel aggressively directed vehicle movement and appeared more focused on traffic flow than guest safety. While my family and I were unloading luggage and assisting our child from the vehicle, valet attendants continued...

"The location of the property was excellent! Beautiful beach views and convenient walking to restaurants, bars, and shopping. Our room was nice, maybe a little more dated than advertised on the website, but serviceable. The employees were extremely helpful, fast, and accommodating when it came to issues. The toaster oven in our unit was not working properly; they had a new one for us within 10 minutes. I would stay here again."
