"The hotel is well located. The price is a little high. The hotel needs some updates."

"The place was nice, but had a few issues with the shower and water temperature. The maintenance man came and was lovely. The carpets were stained, and the bathtub was chipped. We put a blanket down to sit on the couch."

"The junior king suite was a usual room but the kitchen had some cabinets. The balcony hosted an abundance of spiders and webs. The personal hot tub was a 20 year old Jacuzzi. Decor was also dated. There are no laundry facilities on premises so we went to the airport with swim wear in a plastic bag. The entire staff was extremely pleasant."

"Excellent property the only issues we had was with the shower in the primary bathroom not draining properly and the ceiling fan in the primary bedroom not functioning properly. We didn’t stay long so it wasn’t a huge issue as the ac was adequate and the shower was the worse the last day of our stay."

Pools and hot tubs were numerous and clean, breakfast was delicious and beaches were outstanding Room was a bit dated but water pressure in shower was excellent and room was clean during stay. Room was more of a typical motel room but served the purpose"

"The hotel property was clean and well decorated. The welcoming desk clerk was great, friendly and customer oriented. He was there for the whole short visit. The room was clean and roomy. The breakfast was great, lots of options both cold and hot. The breakfast staff (young man) was very nice and friendly, he kept the food in good supply. The breakfast area was large and spacious, very clean and modern. Lots of parking. Check in and out was smooth. I would recommend this hotel."

"I loved this resort. Me and my husband were amazed at how beautiful the room was and how spacious it was. The balcony view was breathtaking. The pools and jacuzzis were awesome. The only thing I thought really needed some improvement were the beds. They were lumpy. They had a pillow top bed cover on the bed but it would not stay in place, I also thought the TV would have been more enjoyable with a Roku or fire stick."

"The property definitely looks better online. It is a small property in the middle of 2 bigger hotels. The hot tub was empty & the pool needed to be clean. Shower pressure was terrible. There was also an odor in the room & hallways. Mildew or an aged odor. It was just ok. Had to make the best of it. Definitely not what I expected."
