"Excellent in so many way but.... Room design was a fail. The bed was quite high and on a built in frame instead off a boxspring that was too big for the mattress, So there was a ledge between me and the floor when getting up. Hardly any clothing storage space, but an awful lot of hooks. Worst was the seating if you want to work. The desk chair had no padding at all, and few adjustments - grossly uncomfortable, and the built in sofa was nice, but the table was too big to be either a coffee table...

"J’ai séjourné à l’hôtel Warwick Le Crystal à Montréal et j’ai apprécié plusieurs aspects de mon séjour. Les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables, la douche est grande et agréable, et l’hôtel offre une atmosphère calme, idéale pour se reposer. Cependant, certains points négatifs méritent d’être mentionnés. Le stationnement est assez cher, ce qui augmente rapidement le coût du séjour. De plus, des frais pour la piscine m’ont été facturés alors que je ne l’ai pas utilisée, ce que j’ai trouvé...

"Interesting hotel, really well situated in old Montreal. Very easy to walk around and explore. The room was clean and comfortable. Althiugh self-serve check-in and check-out, there are friendly staff around if ypu need them. Dinner at the on-site restaurant was great (all 5 courses), and the music downstairs was fun. Enjoyed the movie playing in the hallway (my floor was Savage by Lisa Jackson). Nice vibe to the place."
