"Hotel was very warm and inviting. The amenities made for a romantic and homie feel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our flight in was canceled and we were rebooked for following day leaving only enough time to drop off our stuff before rushing to a concert. They gave us the code to get in and told us to call if we ran into issues. When we arrived they were expecting us and said we could skip check in so we could make it on time. We plan to come back to Montreal and will be staying here...

"This hotel is located in the best spot. It is so close to transport, old Montreal, china town. The staff were amazing always able to assist. This will be where I will stay when I return!"

"Staff very helpful at checkin.
Room was spacious with good kitchen facilities although 2 of the 4 rings on cooker did not work. This was reported but as we were there for only 2 nights it was still outstanding when we checked out. Bathroom was fine with toiletries provided.
If you have a car it needs to be less than 5'5" height otherwise will not fit in the underground carpark. However the hotel has an arrangement with another hotel 5 minute walk away where headroom is 2m. Cost of Can$25 per...

"I was very happy that I could get a parking however, the parking is only reachable by stairs, which was a little bit difficult to carry luggage up and down narrow stairs. The price was exceptionally low for the location, which was amazing."
