"Everything was great. Clean room, comfortable beds, great AC, helpful and nice staff. The only thing I could think that would need improvement is the elevators, they are slow, but knowing that just prepare and give yourself extra minutes."

It required a new card with each entry because the door itself seemed to damage the strip. A two day stay went through six cards."

"We have stayed her before and the stay was nice. But it seems this hotel has been taken over by a new owner and have let things slide. I called the day of check-in to see what the latest we could check-in. He could not answer my question. We got to the hotel. The same person was at the front desk and tried to explain the issue with the A/C. It did not work. We still couldn't figure it out when we got to the room. The hallway had a bad odor. The room had a strong cleaning odor. Are they covering up something? The room was VERY warm. Finally figured out the A/C. It did not work with the wall thermostat. In the shower toilet area, the door just barely gets past the toilet. No body wash. Just shampoo and 2 body lotion. bugs flying in the room. We will not be back to this hotel."
