"My family of 6 stayed here for 5 days, 4 nights. The hotel is in a super convenient location. There is a path that connects the hotel directly to the train station. So clean and spacious. Amazing skin care/face wash/shampoo/conditioners provided. The hotel smells amazing. Rooftop access gives beautiful views of Kyoto. Would definitely stay here again. The hotel staff were very helpful and helped us ship our luggages from here to the next hotel in Osaka! Cannot praise this hotel enough."

"De verdad que este ha sido el mejor hotel en el que he estado por mucho. El personal súper amable, me resolvió todos los conflictos que me generó el atraso de mi vuelo. El hotel impecable, la comida excepcional. Me reembolsaron el día que no alcancé a llegar inmediatamente, lidiando ellos con los temas de expedía. Simplemente maravilloso!! "This was a unique property to stay at for our Japan trip. The property was beautiful and was definitely an experience I recommend. Staff was so helpful when first arriving. They try their best to explain things, especially with a language barrier for myself. The hospitality was exceptional. Would recommend anyone to stay here. A little far of a walk from the main station with luggage so maybe a take a taxi. And have them take you to the check-in area instead of the property itself."

"Had a really good experience staying here. We are very picky with cleanliness but can say this place was spotless. Our room was also very spacious, and featured a japanese style shower which was super cool (and absolutely spotless as well!). The staff was also very kind and helpful. We would definitely recommend staying here - we had a very comfortable stay as a family with a young child. The only thing to note for short stays is they have fees for housekeeping, fees for late check out, and...

"En japon las personas no hablan el ingles pero tampoco lo entienden y en un hotel el personal del restaurante deberia hablar y entender muy bien el ingles. Ese es el unico detalle por lo demas el hotel es algo muy diferente a todos los hoteles tradicionales y muy buen hotel"
