"부모님의 첫 해외여행을 위해 고민하다 고른 숙소인데, 매우 만족. 부모님도 만족하신 숙소입니다. 일단 스텝분들이 너무 상냥하고 친절하시고, 시설도 깨끗하고, 넓은 편이에요. 역과의 거리도 가깝고, 밤이 되면 조용합니다. 소음은 전혀 느끼질 못했고, 주변에 이온몰이 있어서 좋았어요. 조식 세트는 진짜 별거 아닌 것 같은데, 기본에 충실한 맛이여서 두 번 먹고도 한 번 더 먹을지 고민했었어요. 유자쨈이 정말 맛있고, 식빵도 너무 맛있었어요. 기회가 된다면 또 이용하고 싶은 숙소, 다음에 또 교토를 간다면 다시 선택할 것 같습니다."

"Overall, the room was excellent. It was a great experience and will for sure book again if I visit Kyoto. The wooden deep soak tub was the highlight of our stay. It was soooo relaxing. Close to some sightseeing places, just a bus away. The staff was excellent on communicating. Will highly recommend this place! "

"Rooms were clean and had air conditioning. Staff were friendly and were able to speak English allowing for easy check-in/out. Amenities did include a private bath that could be reserved. It was a short walk from Kyoto station which was great for commuting."

"Easy check in and check out. 10 minutes walk from Kyoto station. Clean and modern. The only inconvenience was the lack of good light for makeup, but the staff provided a mobile lighted mirror which was perfect. We had the breakfast included and it was absolutely perfect. Staff is very helpful and nice, the restaurant is big, modern and clean. Options for breakfast were impressive, both in quantity and quality. Very good coffee…but they only have one large coffee maker for the good stuff and that...

"One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. The room was comfortable, spacious, and had many amenities. The best thing was the view. It is well worth paying for this type of room. The hotel staff were very friendly, considerate, and attentive. The onsen inside the hotel is fantastic, and the proximity to Kyoto Station is great. We will definitely be back!"
