"Convenient location within walking distance from Kyoto Station or one station on the local train. Groceries store that opens 24 hrs is within 200 metres from hotel. A good number of restaruants are nearby and the mall is between hotel and Kyoto Station. Room was clean and modern and staff are very friendly."

"I stayed there with my family. Whole facility was very clean and the traditional japanese room was very new. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The best perk was the large public bath with multiple indoor and outdoor hot tubs and a sauna. Location was in a quiet neighborhood, but still very central and only one stop from Kyoto Station. We travel a lot and this was one of the best stays we ever had. Can definitely recommend staying there and if we ever visit Kyoto again, we will stay there...
