"De verdad que este ha sido el mejor hotel en el que he estado por mucho. El personal súper amable, me resolvió todos los conflictos que me generó el atraso de mi vuelo. El hotel impecable, la comida excepcional. Me reembolsaron el día que no alcancé a llegar inmediatamente, lidiando ellos con los temas de expedía. Simplemente maravilloso!! Quedé tan sorprendida y tan agradecida que este es el único review que he hecho de algún hotel. Buenos además vale la pena mencionar que las instalaciones...

"This was a unique property to stay at for our Japan trip. The property was beautiful and was definitely an experience I recommend. Staff was so helpful when first arriving. They try their best to explain things, especially with a language barrier for myself. The hospitality was exceptional. Would recommend anyone to stay here. A little far of a walk from the main station with luggage so maybe a take a taxi. And have them take you to the check-in area instead of the property itself."

"This hotel is an excellent place, and a good value for money. The place is small, but it has most of the things you need as a traveller. It is right next to the road, but absolutely minimal noise given it’s not a busy road most of the day. Walking to the Kyoto station takes about 5-10 mins. The first thing I noticed was how clean and tidy our room was, and how well-maintained everything was. Staff communicated well in English and were really helpful and respectful. "Excellent venue, beautiful view and access to the park. Communal areas had access to complementary drinks and snacks, music room and games/reading area. Very relaxing time for me and the family."

"Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in kyoto. Quiet, fresh and clean, very comfortable, super convenient (across from bus and train station) and lovely surroundings (didn’t feel like a concrete jungle). Starbucks and convenience store right beside us. Of all the places we visited in Kyoto during our tours we continually agreed that this hotel made for the best home base. "Absolutely spotless property, amazing amenities and service. Restaurant on site was delicious ( dinner). Breakfast was the same every day. Room was very authentic! However... it's perfect for only 2 people. We traveled with a teenager and 3 luggages and there was absolutely no space for 3 of us plus luggage. Again, great room for only 2 people. 2 Restaurants on the same block were delicious! Staff was outstanding!"
