"This was a unique property to stay at for our Japan trip. The property was beautiful and was definitely an experience I recommend. Staff was so helpful when first arriving. They try their best to explain things, especially with a language barrier for myself. The hospitality was exceptional. Would recommend anyone to stay here. A little far of a walk from the main station with luggage so maybe a take a taxi. And have them take you to the check-in area instead of the property itself."

"Had a really good experience staying here. We are very picky with cleanliness but can say this place was spotless. Our room was also very spacious, and featured a japanese style shower which was super cool (and absolutely spotless as well!). The staff was also very kind and helpful. We would definitely recommend staying here - we had a very comfortable stay as a family with a young child. "The rooms were very spacious and clean! The beds were comfortable, the rooms had individual AC units, and they had smart TVs with streaming options as well! The bathroom was very clean and intuitive to use despite seeming must different from the bathroom amenities elsewhere in the world. The staff were incredibly helpful and sweet, the included breakfast was nice, but they would do well with introducing more variations/changes to the menu."
