"We had 2 rooms. AC quit working in one room. Maintenance did a band-aid fix. It worked for a few hours then started making the worst noise in the middle of the night. Turned it off. Tried to turn it on in the morning. It was non-functioning. This hotel is far past its prime. Rather than an update, it needs to be torn down and start over with a new build. "

"The room that we booked was not available. There was not a lock on our door. Our unit was not cleaned. There were hairs everywhere. The toilet was not clean. The were very few amenities. The full kitchen was not a full kitchen. It was empty cabinets. The location to NRG Stadium was great. I will not stay at this hotel again. The staff was very friendly."
