"Upon arrival looking at the outside of the building, I was a little skeptical, because the outside of the building could use a little cosmetic lift. But once we got inside the building you can tell that this location has been remodeled and the rooms were nice and clean, the breakfast was very good, and the free drinks at the manager’s reception were on point! We will definitely visit this location again if we’re ever in Detroit again."

"Clean room, the staff was great, easy check in and the hotel was huge with very long hallways. It smelled amazing when you walked into the lobby but my room was on the second floor and I could smell that the carpets needs to be deep cleaned in the hallway because it irritated my asthma a little. That's the only negative thing besides the shower not having 2 doors and water drenched the floor. Another plus is that it was very quiet."

"Pool was broken and employees kept saying a few more hours, few more hours. So dissapointed 5 year old. Shower door was malfunctioning and when reported was told maintenance would be up next morning. So it was never fixed making it extremly difficult to help a 5 year old get cleaned. Went to front desk, complained and told to contact expedia for some compensation..was told upon checkout there was a refund sent to expedia but never told how to get refund. Can u help with this?"
