"Yes the room was clean the employees are wonderful my favorite room by far I don’t ever have a problem and it’s this one room that I always get as available that’s clean and closer to the office. They’re not rude."

"My room was fairly clean but I just don’t trust the bowls, plates, cups and glasses to be clean. I had to wash them before use. Otherwise all good. "

"We just had a very nice one night stay at this Hampton near Detroit. The room was clean and quiet. We were actually surprised at how quiet since there where some teenaged girls staying a few doors down. Didn't hear them after they got in their room. Breakfast was plentiful with a good variety of foods to pick from. The staff was friendly."

"We love The Bell Tower Hotel. Great location for anything at UofM. The staff are friendly and helpful. The lobby feels like I’m visiting my well-coifed, classy grandmother’s home - complete with delicious fresh baked cookies. The hotel is neat, clean, and very quiet. Absolutely a gem in Ann Arbor! "

"asked for a quiet room--one not by elevator or ice machine---no problems--room was clean & comfy--heater was actually running great and not noisy--very pleased with room--check in was easy and lady was polite and check out great also--would stay again--did not get to have breakfast because of an early 7AM appointment at Henry Fords--loved it only took little over ten minutes to get to hospital. maybe one suggestion--get higher toilets--to low to the ground Thanks for the pleasant stay. "

The property is clean comfortable and convenient. The breakfast was delicious and served fresh and hot. Staff was helpful, friendly and was willing to assist when needed.
