"We booked 4 rooms for 8 people in February for a May 2nd one night stay. Nowhere did it say that the hotel was closed for a long time and reopening the day before our stay. They were disorganized, not prepared for guests. Many rooms weren’t even being used yet. They first told us this reservation had been cancelled when they couldn’t find it. It took a very long time for us to check in the 4 rooms. All night the heat ran in the rooms and we couldn’t turn it down. It was very hot! The rooms...

"If you want the hustle and bustle of Times Square this is the perfect location. Excellent views from higher floors and the room and hotel are very clean. The staff was very helpful and upgraded us to a higher floor when we checked in.
If it’s your first time in New York City, this is a great location Midtown so you can take the subway."
