Elevators slow in busy times, and stairs a bit dangerous - very narrow treads at spots. Photo makes lobby look much larger and more opulent than it is. Friendly, helpful staff. Laundry facilities available (but only late at night - they say after 8 but really after 9 or 9:30 because used by housekeeping). "

"Love this hotel right on time square , excellent location , steps away from broadway shows, restaurants, bars. Beautiful art deco style lobby with plenty of lounging areas, fun, suiting colors, big, comfortable sectionals, 24/7 open bar, great cocktails, and some food too. Friendly , professional staff . Comfortable bed with high quality sheets and pillows, color changing mood lights, blackout curtain, all digital. Smart design. I will definitely stay here in the future again! Highly recommend! "
