Elevators slow in busy times, and stairs a bit dangerous - very narrow treads at spots. Photo makes lobby look much larger and more opulent than it is. Friendly, helpful staff. Laundry facilities available (but only late at night - they say after 8 but really after 9 or 9:30 because used by housekeeping). "

"This property is located in the heart of the Manhatten Theatre district. We were able to walk to Times Square in minutes and there was a lot to see and do in the area. The price was good and the robotic parking next door was perfect for us. High marks all around."

Beautiful art deco style lobby with plenty of lounging areas, fun, suiting colors, big, comfortable sectionals, 24/7 open bar, great cocktails, and some food too. Friendly , professional staff . Comfortable bed with high quality sheets and pillows, color changing mood lights, blackout curtain, all digital. Smart design. I will definitely stay here in the future again! Highly recommend! "
