"The Hilton Midtown hotel was really very nice. It was in close proximity to Broadway, Central Park and Fifth Ave. I pretty much walked everywhere. The hotel staff was professional and friendly. The elevators were a bit frustrating but overall it was really very nice."

"Elevators are horrible, outdated, old and one of the two guest elevators didn't work for two days of my stay . No ability to buy water or anything else at the hotel, if you want water you need to go to the second floor with your own bottle to refill from a water machine. Having to pay a Destination Fee for lousey internet was a rip off. Yes you get two drink coupons with it but that isn't as important as having good internet which there's isn't. Only because it was located in an area I needed to be wouls I stay there again."

"The hotel is in the perfect location for travelers seeing Broadway shows and is also walking distance from MoMA, Rockefeller Center and Port Authority. I was in an accessible room. Unlike in the online photo, there was no folding shower seat. However, a portable seat was brought to my room immediately after I called the desk. The lobby is huge with many seating options, a bar, and free entertainment at night. "

"The kitchen area was fabulous. Everything about it was great. The bathroom does not have a fan and that is a negative. The folks who cleaned our room did a VERY good job, every day. It looked like new every day we left and then came back. The ‘staff’ addressed our needs immediately. The entire ‘help’ staff, once we were in our room, couldn’t have been more accommodating. This was the room we chose but perhaps there might have been more room if we had single beds. It is very important to be addressed by an approachable, welcoming individual when visitors first register. That did not happen this time. The rest of the staff could help him with that."
