"I stayed for 2 nights - location is top. They just opened so probably going through some "teething issues". Overall nice hotel with impressive lobby and nice staff. Rooms are a bit small. Not sure that's included in the destination / resort fee. No bottle of water / cups (even plastic ones) or lotion in the room. Despite going for a superior room, it did not have a desk, which was a bit annoying,"

"The water was scalding hot AND ALMOST non-existent for a shower. We had NO WAY TO SHOWER DURING OUR VISIT. For us, a short stay does not mean we won't be showering and the inability to do so is UNREAL. Yes, and "engineer " was sent who was very young and talked to us through his phone since he was non English speaking, left a part in the room, and took over an hour to physically return and physically blow out the shower head which did nothing. All of which we told the manager and MISSED OUR...

"Room is modern and spacious, nestled right above Times Square and minutes away from Rockefeller Plaza.
I would recommend it to anyone looking to stay in midtown NY especially, but nearby subway access makes all of NY accessible given that it’s also feet away from the hotel."

"I went on vacation with my 87-yr. old mother and was really stressed about accessibility (she uses a walker), getting around town, etc. This hotel is very centrally located (we walked to see our show, no problem). But, the best part was the staff. They are all so welcoming, friendly, and accomodating. I will stay again the next time I'm in NY!"

"Facility fee even though there is no fridge available in the room so we cant store any food. Millenium next door the Premier staff is much better and helpful. (Hector!) They refunded out of courtesy. That means Millenium Broadway admitted that they are lack of courtesy and did nothing about it. Just stay at Hyatt or anywhere else nearby for similar price. This hotel is just good for location. Bit old."

"The staff was great. Desk and housekeeping were helpful and professional.
Breakfast was too crowded and very few options for dietary restrictions. We had a mini fridge last time but not this time. And the thing that is really stressful is the elevator situation. It took us 30 minutes to get down today as we were trying to leave. We almost incurred a penalty with the airport shuttle for being late."

"Hotel location is in Times Square which is very close to food, shopping and Broadways shows. The problem is the waiting time for elevator during morning 8-10 am, it may take you up to 15 minutes to go to lobby or your room. And the toilet bowl clogged several times during my stay. "

"Staff is always nice. Elevators are slow and one was down. Ice machines did not work, tried 4 floors before going to front desk.
Furniture in lobby stained and dirty. Towels are old and torn. They were so worn they needed to be labeled rag.
