"The AC unit in the room was very old, rusted and very noisy. We could ynot only the hissing of the air but the badly functioning AC motor. The bath towels were damp and the carpet floor dirty. We had to request a room change. The new room was slightly cleaner but the AC was still noisy and old. For the high price of the stay this was more than disappointing. The hotel ad stated that the facility was completely renovated which was quite different than the reality. The staff was not very welcoming...

"The room was very nice & clean though I wish there was a mini fridge. The elevator system was very frustrating & we would wait almost ten minutes for an elevator to arrive (stairs weren't an option for one member of our party). One of the staff that was operating the elevator panel during the busy check in hour was rude & uninformative. "Hotel location is in Times Square which is very close to food, shopping and Broadways shows. The problem is the waiting time for elevator during morning 8-10 am, it may take you up to 15 minutes to go to lobby or your room. And the toilet bowl clogged several times during my stay. "
