"Hotel location is in Times Square which is very close to food, shopping and Broadways shows. The problem is the waiting time for elevator during morning 8-10 am, it may take you up to 15 minutes to go to lobby or your room. And the toilet bowl clogged several times during my stay. "

"My stay at the Muse Hotel was okay but not great. Despite booking two rooms and coordinating everything, my friend was upgraded to a king suite while my partner and I were given a very small room. The explanation didn’t make sense and left a poor first impression.
The $40 USD resort fee felt unjustified, with no clear benefits beyond gym access and Wi‑Fi. Other hotels offer far more value for similar fees.

"Didn’t have coffee maker in my room and I wasn’t communicated about it.
Saw a note towards the end of the stay that the coffee maker would have to be ordered by dialing 0.
I was deprived of the basic amenity of having coffee in my room."

"The hotel has an AMAZING location. You are literally one minute away or less from Times Square and super close to Rockefeller Center/Building.
As soon as you enter in the lobby the frontdesk people and the staff try to help you in the best way they can. They open the door for you, the help with the suitcases and they offer storage too if you need it.
The lobby is super comfortable if you have to work (our case) or wait till they have ready the room (this wasn't our case tho).
