"Elevator is slow! Everything else perfect "

"Facility fee even though there is no fridge available in the room so we cant store any food. Millenium next door the Premier staff is much better and helpful. (Hector!) They refunded out of courtesy. That means Millenium Broadway admitted that they are lack of courtesy and did nothing about it. Just stay at Hyatt or anywhere else nearby for similar price. This hotel is just good for location. Bit old."

"This is a prime location for exploring NYC. Right at Times Square and super close to a subway station. Many great food options conveniently right outside the front door. The lobby is beautiful and the staff were some of the nicest folks I’ve ever encountered anywhere. Highly recommend. "

"Great hotel in good location. Rooms were decent sized, staff was so friendly and offered to help deliver addtl items to the room. Coffee downstairs free until 9am. Elevators were quick and water machines next to ice makers were awesome touch. Only meh was the gym - it was small - really not enough room for 2 doing weights but they have 2 peloton bikes, 2 elipiticals, and 2 treadmills so enough to do cardio!"
