"Everything is good about this hotel except to air conditioner. It kept the temperature in the morning and evening - however, the room got hot after midnight. I spoke to staff, they said they will look into that but noone got back to me and the second night was the same. I had exactly same experience with the air conditioner at my prior stay in this hotel so I don't think its one room problem. As a workaround it would be good if they had a thin blanket in the room as the only one they provided is...

"I am a regular NY traveler and a Hyatt rewards member. This is by far the WORST hotel experience I have ever had. Property was clean, however, I spent hours trying to get in our room after check in time. I was repeatably told our room was not ready. At 10 pm I was able to check in. They told me it was spring break I could wait...they over booked. Then my card was charged 8 times for the stay even though I prepaid through Expedia. Staff was so rude and could care less the problems I was...

"JFKから地下鉄１本で来れたし、ブロードウェイに面していて、タイムズスクエアやセントラルパーク、MOMAにも歩いて行けるなど観光の拠点としてもすごくいい立地だと思います。周りには飲食店やスーパーもあり、便利です。
従業員の方も一部の方を除いて、フレンドリーで親切でした。
1つ難点があるなら空調の調節ができず、クーラーが効きすぎて寒すぎたことですが、それ以外は概ねよかったと思います。"

"Facility fee even though there is no fridge available in the room so we cant store any food. Millenium next door the Premier staff is much better and helpful. (Hector!) They refunded out of courtesy. That means Millenium Broadway admitted that they are lack of courtesy and did nothing about it. Just stay at Hyatt or anywhere else nearby for similar price. This hotel is just good for location. Bit old."
