"Clean rooms, staff is very nice except this one lady , I been staying here 3 weekends in a row and never had an issue all the staff is super nice just this lady that’s super rude with everyone her name is Jen or Jenny not really sure but I believe she’s Latina I complained with one of the staff member and he told me they know about it because people complained in the past. But besides that everything is clean , super close to the train station, stores, Michigan Avenue. I totally recommend to stay here. "

"Old and historic property. With that being said, not all of the property is renewed but the rooms are kept clean :) service is good and is close to a lot of things in downtown chicago"

"Great hotel on the river close to everything! We had a river view room. All the photos showed a larger window an our room had one about half that size. It was fine, but I would suggest to ask about the larger window seat if you are booking a room with a river view. Staff was excellent and helpful. The fresh espresso/cappuccino maker in the lobby was a very nice touch. Can’t wait to come back!"

"Stay was horrendous rooms was dirty and sheets had what seems to be blood stains by. When my room was changed because of the sheets. The next room had wholes in the wall and the baseboards were packed with dirt. I informed the manager and was told because. I used a third party ie…… hotels .com it was nothing they could do. Which I feel is so wrong to hotel.com because of that hotel.com gets a bad reputation. When it’s the hotel itself "
