"This was the perfect apartment. Both bedrooms were lovely and the beds were comfortable. We had an open living room and kitchen. There was a combo washer and dryer which was handy. When we arrived staff was right there to help us. We contacted staff a couple of times through messaging and they were really prompt in responding. "Superb hotel! All the staff were excellent, extremely helpful, kind, and tolerant of my high school French! Restaurant was amazing, always large variety of food for breakfast and fantastic service. It is in a beautiful neighborhood with fascinating history. The building looks more modern (1960s or 70s?) so the air conditioning is fantastic, it is quiet. The interior decor is beautiful. I would return here in a heartbeat!"

"Nice hotel in a lovely area, well connected and with lots to do nearby. The room was nicely decorated, new and clean - the AC was working well, which was essential during the heatwave. Having access to the cellar pool was also great. The staff was great, cordial and helpful, and the ground floor cafe area was a nice place to hang out or work if necessary. The only problem we had was that the toilet seat was broken, which was a bit annoying. Other than that, great hotel."

"The hotel was nice, clean. Staff were kind and did their best to accommodate on tough conditions. The tough conditions described are 100+ degree temperatures in Paris. Unfortunately the air conditioning in our room did not work for four of the five nights which caused extreme discomfort. The staff provided us with two fans to improve the sleeping arrangements but unfortunately it was not enough. They have offered one night off to accommodate for the inconvenience but I don’t feel that is enough....

"First, great location. The room was small, but that is normal for older buildings in Paris. The room and bathroom were clean. Staff were very nice and helpful. The spa was good, especially the Turkish bath. The only minor negative is that the hallways are too dark. They serve breakfast but it is not free.
