"Best customer service! Run down rooms, no elevator. If you have luggages, you will have to carry it upstairs. But I guess the proximity to walk of fame and the free amenities makes up for it. I hope they will do renovations soon. Love to be back and stay here again!"

"We came after Universal Studios Horror nights and checked in late, at midnight. The guy at the front desk was fabulous. Something I noticed in reviews… our AC unit didnt turn on AT the unit. I turned it on and then used the dial on the wall to make it work. Then it worked perfect. Apparently there isss an elevator that comes from the garage to the front lobby, fyi.
