"Overall, we had a nice vacation, but the hotel did not meet our expectations.
The biggest disappointment was the food. Most of the meals were average at best and lacked flavor. Even though we had an all-inclusive package with three meals a day, we ended up eating outside the hotel most of the time. The only exception was the pizza, which was excellent and by far the best food served at the hotel. The beach BBQ was also disappointing, as the food was cold and not tasty.

"Das Zimmer mit Whirlpool war sehr groß, geräumig und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Super sauber, wirklich toll und sehr hochwertige Ausstattung und Badutensilien. Der Empfang als auch die Betreuung war wirklich herzlich, offen und liebevoll. Es gab kleine Willkommensdrinks, Wasser, Kaffee und einen Begrüßungswein

"I was very happy with the place. The staff friendly and helpful, couldn’t do enough for you. Good entertainment and everything you needed was available within the hotel. However, the standard of cleaning in the hotel room required improvement especially the bathroom."
