"Zimmer: sauber, jedoch vor allem das Badezimmer renovierungsbedürftig - ist aber in Ordnung Mitarbeiter: sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit Essen: umfangreiches Buffet, verschiedene Stationen mit Crepe, Pizza, Nudeln, etc. den ganzen Tag über Getränke: Bier ist gut, Cocktails sind in Ordnung. Die Softdrinks haben nicht gut geschmeckt Alles in allem eine gute all-inclusive Unterkunft - zumindest wenn man nicht mehrere Wochen bleiben möchte"

"The staff were super friendly and welcoming and there were great amenities, but there were general maintenance issues which let the 5* rating down e.g., air con unit and room phone were faulty when we arrived and there were chunks of glass/breakages on some of the furniture in our room (coffee table and kitchen cabinet drawers). Overall service in the restaurants was good but on some occasions we had to follow up with the staff on the whereabouts of our food and drinks after waiting a fair while. Whilst the hotel app was useful for accessing some information, it wasn't great in terms of getting a response from staff when requesting services or making reservations as per instructions from reception. It would be nice not to have to rely on technology on holiday especially when the main purpose of the holiday is to disconnect from technology."

"The hotel was clean and bright. Breakfast was reasonably good. The staff were amazing. Facilities were mediocre and the area quite dismal. Although we went out of season. I expect car hire is the best option or 45min+ bus journeys or pricey taxi. The staff definitely make up for it. Think we had the smallest shower in world! Spa was nice."

"The hotel is older but nice and clean. The breakfast buffet is terrible! The coffee is so bad that I preferred the instant coffee in my room. Very poor breakfast selection!"

"We had a lovely stay. Great facilities and we had a room with a lovely view of the bay and marina. The private beach was perfect and the bar had a good choice of mocktails. The daily shuttle bus to Corfu town is so helpful. I would usually never stay at the same hotel twice but honestly this resort was perfect and I can't wait to come back."

"Great holiday for a short break. Staff were very accommodating, friendly and hard working. The resort is not very well connected. So getting from the resort is only by bus or taxi. There is only access to al a carte restaurants is limited based on length of stay. This isnt in keeping with other 5* hotels we've stayed at. The food in the buffet was ok, if a little cheap. Eg chicken skewers were clearly processed. The chicken at the bar and grill was clearly fresh. The hotel offers good amenities but these aren't clearly advertised ( i.e. the evening cruise). The gym facilities are basic for this size hotel. Which is a shame given the emphasis on sports. The gym classes are great. No one explained how we could dine at other marbella restaurant. The room was excellent. The choice of Pillows a great touch. Late check out was a disaster. We didnt know until after we had to leave the room that we could actually check out late. So everything was already packed and last minute sun bathing missed in case we had to leave. I seems better process needed"

"We stayed for seven days and found it to be very good the location from airport is very good a short distance if you have no mobility issues and if you don't want to walk 4mins in a cab the staff were very good and helpful breakfasts was good and there is good local restaurant for eating out in the evenings as the hotel doesn't do evening dinner you can get snacks and pizza in the bar if you like the rooms wher clean and spacious with WiFi tv and air-conditioning that was good all in for the price we would recommend "

"excellent experience, enjoyed meeting up with local friends in the cafe, and sharing a varied selection of delicious dinner menu items! very convenient, beautiful view, welcoming service, excellent windows which sealed off the boisterous fun outside below the ,looking forward to our future visits and enjoying hosting our local friends on the rooftop patio in the future as well.
