We had to use all the towels to save the room from flooding. My husband diligently cleaned the shower drain, removing about half a pound of fluff. (Where is the management here? Why don't they check the rooms?!) We went to bed without a shower (because we had no dry and clean towels left) at 1:30 am., and at 6:30 a.m., we were woken by the crew working on the hotel expansion (6:30 a.m.!!!). "

"The hotel is recent and clean. The room was spacious enough. The mattress and pillows were comfy. The parking lot is big with wide parking spaces. But due to the general breakdown the air conditioning didn't work the night we stayed (during the heat wave). I cannot say that it was very hot in the room as the insulation seemed decent, but still the sleep could be better. In my opinion, hotel chains like B&B should have maintenance on call 24/7 as most of people spend only one night there."
