Hotel Omni di Thimble Islands

"Our room was noisy, police sirens every 5 minutes through the night combined with a broken air vent, the motor was making very loud screeching noises. We requested service and nothing was done about it. The area (Yale) is a true eye opening experience that was unexpected. We were approached by beggars for money to buy alcohol within 15 seconds of walking out of the hotel, the public transit (across the street) is dirty and trash on the street everywhere.
