"This is essentially a motel in Villers and as far as motels go, it was fine. The bedding and towels were clean but the room could not be called well-maintained otherwise. There were plenty of insects outside the doors and along the corridors. The fire alarm in another unit went off at 6:00 AM during my stay and remained blaring for around 10 minutes, though I cannot say whether this was actually the establishment's fault or whether the occupant was culpable. "Beautiful destination town not far from CDG airport/Paris. This hotel boasts an excellent restaurant, large variety of rooms, and an incredibly kind and helpful staff that went above and beyond! The receptionists were bilingual and even offered to help solve some other travel issues we had that had nothing to do with the hotel. Can't wait to return! Suggest two nights."

"Room's Air Conditioning was broken and had to go to the front desk twice to get a confirmation that someone was going to come fix it. Was later told when the person arrived that they couldn't fix it, and because the hotel was fully booked we couldn't get a new room just a couple of old very noisy and small fans. Nothing else was offered to make up for the issues (it was easily 28 degrees celsius in our room, it was cooler outside). Later when we went to get takeout for dinner staff did not...
