"The staff was amazing. They went beyond and out of their way to make sure that my special needs son and 80 year old mother and my two dogs had an enjoyable experience. It is a lot for me to travel and I appreciated the help and kindness and warmth from the front desk to maintenance to the ladies that help clean your rooms. All wonderful people. And maintenance was only for a lose wire on the tv. They were great."

"I hated staying here, couldn’t wait to leave. It’s disgusting. The room was filthy and run down. The carpet was so dirty that the soles of our feet were black after walking across it. Bed and pillows very uncomfortable. There was a musty odor. Air conditioner didn’t work, couldn’t get TV to work. Check in was very unwelcoming. I am not a fancy hotel person and usually quite happy with a budget option. Not true here- I will never stay here again."

"The room smells like smoke, even though they are listed as non-smoking. Trash was not taken out during our two nights stay. Breakfast was limited to expired yogurt (stayed the 20th and yogurt expired 2 days prior )and making your own waffles."

"Great hotel to stay in when visiting the area. The price per night was very fair. The pool, hot tub, breakfast, room and room amenities were excellent. Whenever there was an issue, staff were very quick to fix. Our smoke alarm battery went into low battery mode in the middle of the night and they had someone replace the battery in under 5 min. When the hot tub wasn’t well heated one day, a maintenance man came to troubleshoot it and got it heated back up quickly. The fact they are so on top of...

"Good day. What I liked: Staff was great. Beautiful flowers in lobby. Nice area. Quiet as well. What I didn’t like: No elevators. Rooms need remodeling. Grass in front of hotel needs cutting. Overall for the price, it was a decent stay."
