"Great location, good breakfast, no reception turned out fine, did not use lounge or terrace but looked comfy"

"Room was overpriced for a concert, £400 per night when £220 normally. I’d expect an uplift but not this much. Room was worn, fan and windows dusty and unclean. Other room had no hot water in shower so unable to use. Noisy and limited sleep although bed comfortable No bar as closed. WiFi non existent and no 5G signal so if you want a quiet night and no shower then ideal place. Breakfast mediocre"

"Beautiful hotel! The staff were super helpful and the facilities were perfect. The room was perfect and large. Very well maintained and clean. Personally I would have preferred a little amenities kit in the bathroom and I was slightly disappointed with the breakfast. With a buffet I expected more items on the menu and some of the pastry and hot food tasted quite stale which was disappointing considering the price. Overall, lovely hotel."

"This is the most deceptive marketing we have experienced on the Expedia app. The pictures of our room looked nothing like the dilapidated mess we were confronted with, including a peeling and rotting bath panel; excessive mold around the bath, ceiling and walls; a discolored mirror; carpet stains and a missing headboard. How can a hotel guest be expected to pay to use the hotel's own pool? I have stayed in many hotels—in Scotland, Venice, Germany, Spain—and this is the first time I have ever experienced something like this. I found it to be in very poor taste and disrespectful to the guest!.On top of that, as a guest, you have to pay 24 pounds a day... I hope...
