"Overall this was a great location directly across the street from Cardiff Castle. It was frantic because of the annual half-marathon attended by 29000 people (which we were not aware of at the time of booking) and the lifts were broken, but the front desk staff were extremely helpful. The room was large and everything worked as it should, but the rooms are showing their age a bit. They needed more staff at dinner but food was quite good."

"Stayed here for Oasis opening night so it was much more expensive than usual - wasn't everything! Super close to the stadium. Very clean. Didn't get the pre-arrival email but called the emergency line at the front door and was given the codes - really nice chap on customer service who was really helpful. Was expecting a two room apartment so he immediately sent someone over to make up the double sofa bed in the lounge. Has everything you need. Would use again if going to Principality Stadium. "

"Absolutely fantastic stay, sparkling clean and spacious room, stayed in the coach house, well maintained and comfy room. Had food in restaurant and Alfredo was a gracious host. All staff very friendly and looked after me being on my own. Will definitely be staying again and going to visit restaurant."
