"Door wouldn’t lock after I tried numerous time worker came out to say batteries were dead and replaced them. Shower knob wasn’t turning on cold water. Had to have worker come show me and he struggled to get it on. Told me to push hard which I did but I wasn’t about to force it to be charged for their lack of attention. Mold in shower, hair and burnt sheets in bed. Says no smoking but the rooms smelled like unsanitary from the second u opened the door. The pool area IS BY FAR THE WORST AREA...

"One of the manager was kind of rode with us telling us that we were not aloud to have our jet ski on the lake even if jet ski was 30 ft fron the beach. They ruin our 4th of July holiday. No one told me something like this before. This was just ridiculous!!!"

"The staff were kind and helpful. The room we got was spacious and we enjoyed walking out on the deck, then down some steps to the beach. We could look right out at the beach and water, and family of ducks from our room. The choices for breakfast in a box were simple, yet nice including a water bottle. There was a spot to post a letter which saved me a trip to the post office. This location is 3 miles from the city shops, we liked that as it was less crowded than the main city beach front."

"The room was very cute, with a cabin type vibe. The bathroom was small, but plenty of space to get ready in front of a mirror. We played the 9 hole golf course, which was fun and more challenging than expected- a hidden gem! The pool and hot tub were both warm and very clean, with a deck area for relaxing. The only caveat was the dining area is only open for breakfast and lunch during the summer months. Not a big deal though since there were so many restaurants around to choose from. We will...

"Pros… updated, clean, nicely decorated - people when in office were helpful… but… Cons… (1) contact phone number from Expedia was old / incorrect/ went to an unmonitored email so my 5 requests left to VM requesting an additional day were not answered. Needed to book elsewhere for the 4th (2) while the name says Coastal Suites and Resort… it was not coastal (limited access to crystal lake and not convenient), not a suite… at best a small motel room, and definitely not a resort (3) very pricey...

"Not a good experience staying here. Receptionist upon check in was extremely rude. The hotel room smelled of a mix of cat urine and mildew. Hotel was booked so couldn’t change rooms. On Holiday, the rates were $400 + per night. Breakfast server in the morning was rude. Yelling at guests to hurry up and get their food because she is closing. And kept repeating herself. There was still 15 minutes left. Just not a welcoming staff at all. Pros - The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable....
