Definitely a "no frills" place but was very clean and worked for a place to sleep. Nice having the bar/restaurant downstairs but food was a little pricey. Overall would stay again.

Friendly staff. Rooms are above a restaurant and lounge but quiet even in the evenings. Check-in process was inside the lounge. Check-out procedure was unclear. A few restaurants and bars in walking distance, as is the beach.

checking in at the bar means drinks first, overnight guests second..... took 20 minutes to get a room key.....room is extremely small, no desk, no chairs at all....insufficient outlets

Stay was easy. Keys were taped to a door so we didn’t really see any staff…but rooms were clean and comfortable.

The place smelled like a pot everywhere with some foul smell in the elevator. There was a sketchy guy passed out in his truck, the sheets were dirty. Would not recommend staying here…

Adorable room overlooking the lake. Dinner was delicious. This is a fantastic place to relax and pamper yourself. Ample easy-access parking, and 1 block from Crystal Lake!

Clean hotel in a nice location with a reasonable price. We had to wait for more than 15 minutes to check in at the lounge. Checking out was done leaving the key at the counter of the lounge. It had to take a phone call to get my deposit refunded (they charged the full amount despite there was a $100 deposit).

Great location upstairs from a bar / restaurant. Great friendly staff with an old fashioned real key! Comfy bed, linen and pillows. Very clean and had a great shower. We had rooms 1 and 12. Perfect location for walking downtown Beulah. 👍

Nice, unique, and well-located place to stay for a night. Only complaint was the outlets were so loose that anything you plug into them falls out. So charge your phones before you get there.but we’d stay there again!

The room itself and bathroom were clean and well cared for. Convenient location in walking distance close to the beach and the restaurant downstairs was good. I do wish the description explained the room would be on second floor with no elevator. There room was small, don't bring a lot of luggage with you.

We were actually put in a sister property, Crystal Lake Resort, in Beulah, which was nice because it had a beach. Cold Creek Inn has 2nd floor rooms, and we had a lot to carry, so they gave us ground floor at CLR.

The queen room was clean and ok for 1 night, however the space was tiny. The bed was comfortable. The back side of the place needs to be cleaned up a bit. They want you to park behind the building, but it’s unkept and needs some attention. Overall it’s a 3 out of 5, and worked for the 1 night we stayed.

Parking was free at the back of the inn with entrance to the upstairs and rooms. Zee and Ed were friendly people and enjoyed talking to them. Zee checked to make sure everything was good with our room. Woud stay again if visiting area.

Staff was very friendly. You check in through the bar area. Wish the parking was better, a little way to walk from the back parking lot and then you go upstairs to get to room. We like to walk so it wasn’t too bad. Not too much info in the room itself. Wasn’t sure what to do when checking out, we just left the key in the room since the lounge was not opened when we left. Room was clean which is very important.
