"The rooms were very roomy I did not like that the chef had food sitting on bench when it wasn’t busy and could of rang bell then I saw the chef take the Pattie out of one of the burgers and reheat and put back on disgusting waitstaff saw it and looked away until I bought it to there attention"

"There were cockroaches in the room and on top of the main server bench R23 The toilet was bubbling during the night."

"We stayed in one of their onsite cabins which are well maintained and cleaned, the staff were very helpful and obliging. The overall feel of the park is excellent and well laid out with easy access to all amenities and close to shops."

"Minimal breakfast gluten free almost non existent The bathroom tiles need to be changed as they had spots and looked dirty but fortunately they weren’t. Staff very helpful. Difficult finding the place . The Hotel needs a big sign as it can get very frustrating finding especially at night. "

"Lovely period property, good decor, clean. Larger than it appears in photos. On a busy intersection with passing traffic. Ground floor has a lovely pub with live music. Rooms are above this so chose higher floor for less noisy rooms. Bed very comfy and linen good. Room very comfy. Bathroom good size with great shower. Restaurant good for casual dining. No breakfast choices but some cafes and 7-11 nearby. We'd have preferred to have had breakfast on site. Biggest negative is due to its...

"Beautiful property, and the staff went out of their way to help. The high st facing room was a little noisy at night as we stayed on a weekend but would stay again!"

"TBH, the Esplanade is our favourite place to stay in Freo. Always clean, always has easy access to things in Fremantle. Unfortunately we have had an accounting issue this time. We were asked at checkout if we had used anything from the minibar. We never do because it’s overpriced. Received an email with the receipt from our weekend stay and there is a minibar charge. Have tried a few times today to call and they don’t pick up the phone. Let’s hope the email gets seen."
