Ich war sehr enttäuscht von meinem Aufenthalt im Hotel. Das Bad war unzureichend gereinigt, und als wir reklamierten, wurde uns vom Direktor gesagt, wir sollten froh über das fliessende Wasser sein. Nachgereinigt wurde nicht. Wir mussten den Boden im Bad selbst mit einem Tuch reinigen, das danach komplett schmutzig war. Das Bett war unbequem, da ein einfaches Holzbrett als Lattenrost diente und die Matratze extrem durchgelegen war. Insgesamt eine enttäuschende Erfahrung. Nach einer schlaflosen Nacht haben wir uns entschieden, vorzeitig abzureisen, obwohl wir eigentlich für 6 Tage gebucht und bezahlt hatten. Die unhygienischen Zustände und die unbequemen Schlafmöglichkeiten haben unseren Aufenthalt unerträglich gemacht. Keine Empfehlung für dieses Hotel.

Un Ehpad au cadre agréable

Cadre et personnel agréable, à l’exception d un directeur plus commercial que commerçant et dénigrant son personnel. Le confort de la literie laisse à désirer, d autant que une demande préalable de lit double avait été faite avant l arrivée. Piscine conforme aux photos mais température non contractuelle. Pas de baignoire et comme cité précédemment, 2 lits jumeaux. Quant à la salle commune de restauration, la qualité des plats ainsi que le vin donnaient plus «  cantine » que restaurant. Le rythme imposé pour l’heure des repas était un peu surprenant »

personnel à l'écoute

Accueil fluide, et agréable. Toutes les consignes sont données à l'arrivée, et sont claires. Piscine très bien chauffée - très agréable - avec des chaises longues. Repas sous forme de buffet - très complet - nous sommes placés sur une table dédiée. Cheminée au bar- salon donne une ambiance agréable. Baby foot gratuit à disposition ! Top !

Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour! Idéal pour des vacances en famille! Les chambres (familiales) sont spacieuses, propres et confortables. Cet Hôtel est calme avec une agréable vue du balcon. Nous avons apprécié de plonger dans la piscine chauffée après notre journée de ski. Le salon/bar avec la cheminée et le restaurant sont chaleureux. On s'y sent vite comme chez soit. Nous y sommes allés tous les soirs car le tarif est plus qu'abordable et on y mange très bien. Et surtout, le personnel de cet établissement est aux petits soins . Chaque demande est traité avec le sourire... C'est un hôtel à échelle humaine. Merci à vous
