"Was disappointed when we found a roach in the pool area shortly after arrival. Thankfully it was dead but definitely made me feel uneasy about the rest of our stay. However, the staff was kind and location was ideal plenty of food and gas near by."

We called to confirm accessible amenities for our daughter and had to speak to 3 different front desk staff to get any answers. The lobby was dirty with ice cream spilled on the floor. and the front desk staff sat on their phones. Our room was not completely cleaned. When we went to use the lift for the pool it hadn’t been charged so wasn’t operational. It was not a great stay and the staff seemed to not care...

"The property is undergoing significant renovations. They do not disclose this until you get there. This should be disclosed before the guests arrive. Things are kind of a mess. And the whole place smells like a construction zone. Normally, has been a nice place when they have their stuff together. Personally, I believe the place should be closed until the renovations are complete. But if not, let guests know what is going on in advance."

"I was visiting for my high school reunion. I arrived early so I had to wait for two hours before I could check in. It was ok because I drove through the Civil War battlefield and it was awesome. The room was clean and comfortable. I went to my evening event and returned but was locked out. There was no explanation but my key was re-coded and I continued my stay. "I wouldn't recommend this place at all went to our room and as soon as you walked in a non-smoking room it smelt like cigarettes. We checked the mattresses and found horrific stains and black mold all over the mattresses the cleanliness of this place was very disgusting i will never be booking this place every again."

"This hotel exceeded my expectations by far. The room had a full kitchen coach and modern decor. Hotel had a great smell throughout lobby and offered many amenities. The pool and clubhouse were such a fun place and next time I would plan on bringing food to cook on the grills!"
