"The rooms were clean upon arrival and were cleaned multiple times with fresh towels over my 5 day stay. The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, a huge thank you to Rachel and Pamela whose kindness made the stay that much more memorable and enjoyable. "The service at this property was great and helpful with everything. But the rooms are in severe need of updating or deep cleaning. My partner and I were first placed in room 6312 and it was bug ridden, full of cobwebs, smelled of mold, and still dirty. I had to kill about 20 bugs. We were luckily able to get a room change into a much cleaner room but still couldn’t get over the amount of bugs we had to kill. "We had an ok stay. Unfortunately our bedroom smelled like raw sewage for some reason, not sure if it's because the facilities are old? Also unfortunately when I was in the shower did I realize they were out of conditioner and body soap. For the amount of money the room cost the facilities were not up to what I'd expect."

"Friendly staff at check-in. Room was a mix of some new furniture and a good bed in a setting that still needs sprucing up, with a sofa and desk chair that have seen better days. The room door was difficult to open and close. The old air conditioner unit had buttons that could not be read. The bathtub needs some sort of non-slip material on the bottom, or at least a tub mat to avoid slipping. Obviously some work has been done on the property, and I hope they continue on the good changes that...

"The staff was by far the best part of our stay. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, helpful, and professional. This is a very basic budget hotel that is showing its age and is in serious need of cosmetic updates. I can't speak to the mechanical condition, but the elevator was unsettling enough that I avoided using it whenever possible. "It’s a great place to stay with the family. We choose the atrium view with a balcony. Swimming facility is great and they have at least 2 life guards on duty. They also have an arcade room which is quite nice. There’s a restaurant- Shelly’s connected to the hotel that serves nice meals. Portions are huge so worth the price. The hotel is also centrally located, so all the places we visited were within 15mins of the hotel. Great place - I recommended"
