"Room was good, size, bed and shower. Pool and gym were good. Breakfast was good but a little expensive. Breakfast staff were attentive. Seating area is functional. Worst thing was the lift. Only one (of two) working and it was either so slow or full of cleaning staff with huge piles of linen on very small trolleys. So I walked up and down fire stairs to my fourth floor room. My room was cleaned once in 4 days which makes me wonder what all those cleaning staff did! The front reception staff need...

"Location was good. Even though it was on a busy intersection, room was quiet when ac was on. But ac was very noisy. We could also hear people walking in room above us (sounded like they had heavy boots on as they were stomping across the floor). Shower was not as clean as it should have been. "For the price, the hotel isn’t terrible, but could definitely use some upgrading and maintenance. The elevator moved very slowly and was loud like it was struggling. "This disgusting dirty hotel (can't really call it that!) is a disgrace! Looks like the rugs haven't been cleaned in years! No plastic cups in the bathroom to use and when asking the clerk at the desk he couldn't find any anywhere! The idea of a light breakfast is a joke! The soda machine takes your money but didn't dispense any soda! Called a studio with a kitchen, but no plates, silverware, pots or pans or anything to use or cook with! I would never recommend this place to anyone!"
