"The most important asset to this hotel is its staff. Every single one we met was friendly and more than helpful - especially the gentleman on the reception desk upon arrival and the gentleman manning the restaurant at breakfast.
Spotlessly clean room with tea/coffee making facilities and biscuits.
Parking right outside the hotel and within walking distance to the theatre and the shops/restaurants. Stayed here after a day in Alton towers and would not hesitate to return."

"My husband and I stayed for a couple of nights.
We had an accessible room as my husband has mobility problems which was fine but we were at the back of the property, near to the leisure club and there wasn't step free access internally to get to the restaurant for breakfast or an evening meal. Fortunately for us, the weather was kind so it was nice to get some fresh air and we went around the outside through the car parks to get to the main entrance/reception.
I enjoyed the pool facilities which never got really busy so that was nice. Steam room could have been steamier for my liking.
The trees and setting with a golf course were beautiful."
