"The property was nice and clean, however the staff was not great. The valet was not helpful whatsoever. He stood there and I had to get out of my vehicle to get instructions on parking and where to go. Then when we went into the hotel lobby to check in, the gentleman at the desk was on the phone. We stood there for over 10 minutes while he was on the phone, never being acknowledged. Was very rude and unprofessional."

"Location was perfect. Rooms were clean. The staff was very helpful and kind in person. However, tried to reach them by phone multiple times before check-in, and never picked up. Once in the hotel, I tried to reach them by phone again to get more towels and they didnt pick up. I had to go downstairs to ask for more towels, which were sent to my room 3hrs later."

"If you made the reservation through Expedia and purchase the breakfast option, there’s a good chance that the hotel may not honor the breakfast option, if their system did not show. I showed them the email confirmation with the breakfast included, and yet they would not honor it. Finally, when they did honor it they gave us three coupons for three nights, and there is one coupon needed for one person to eat breakfast. So they should’ve given us six coupons since the reservation was for two...

"The room felt clean, it would have been nice if they turned the AC for us before we arrived in summer it was hot the first few hours, but after that it was pleasant. The pictures of the breakfast over sold the actual breakfast it was limited. But it was comfortable with bedding and the location was good for us to get around to where we needed. "I didn't enjoy my stay here. Not worth the money. There are better options nearby. I had booked a suite; however, the bathroom fittings were dated. Room was big, air-conditioning was nice, but check in experience was HORRIBLE. Their card machine was not working and the woman at the front desk (name starting with a 'K' ...something like Keyeisha or some such name) kept saying that there's a problem with my card and she can't take a security deposit. I called up my bank and they confirmed there...

"La amabilidad del personal es muy buena. El servicio de los elevadores es muy bueno. Lo malo es el estado del cuarto y sobre todo el baño. Los WC son modelos de 1950 para personas de corta estatura y aunque han remodelado los baños, los WC son arcaicos. El personal de mantenimiento deja mucho que desear. No funcionaba la caja fuerte de mi cuarto cuando llegamos y lo reporté inmediatamente a las 8 PM. Me dijeron que mandarían a alguien y hasta las 10, nadie llegó. Puse el letrero de "no molestar"...

"We were told the water heater pilot was out upon arrival and it was very old and would not be fixed anytime soon. We then got to our room which smelled like smoke (non-smoking hotel supposedly). Their response was to send housekeeping to spray an air freshener. When she arrived to the room she just walked in without knocking. Between that smell and the smoke we were getting headaches and we were forced to find another hotel they refused to refund our payment. Old building on its last legs that...
