"We chose a beautiful suite with balconies overlooking the pool and ocean. We were delighted to discover the suite is nicer than the pictures on the hotel’s website. "Unfortunately this hit by the typhoon the night got there but we did not get notified of the hotel had no guest staying except us and also we had no internet, no air con, no way of communication as nobody spoke any English. They could have us the option to move us to another hotel and they too busy trying to their hotel back to some working order than to look after us."
