From the cinematographic views to the high standards of personnel working: you will feel like in paradise. Sombra has changed the level of our vacations, and we now look for “Sombra-alike” places everywhere we go. 24h pools, wet bar, restaurant (the breakfast is amazing cook-to-order and self service!). Your only regret will be not to stay longer. Prepare to change your vacation level forever.

The property was excellent. However, I booked a room with two beds on Expedia but when I checked in the hotel said they did not have rooms with two beds. They offered to put a single in the room but we declined as there wasn't enough room to comfortably fit another bed.

O hotel é lindo! Tem uma estrutura incrível. Áreas comuns muito boas e você pode usar de todo o complexo (três hotéis). Fomos no meio da semana, então estava bem tranquilo. Além disso, o atendimento merece um destaque especial. A equipe é excelente! Todos extremamente gentis e solícitos. Um agradecimento especial ao Reinaldo e Nara do café da manhã, Eduardo do restaurante e GG do bar molhado. Eles fizeram nossa estadia ser ainda melhor.
