"The Grand is a nice property. Very quiet and clean with a friendly staff. Appreciate the urn of ice water available in the lobby. It's well situated downtown. Very happy with my room. The bed was huge! The room did get a bit stuffy at night even with the ceiling fan. Excellent water pressure in the shower. Very much enjoyed my short stay. Visited family so definitely staying at The Grand again. "

"It was a good stay. The only thing was there was some water damage in the bathroom and needed to be fixed. The hotel need the grass mowed and edge. It would make it look cleaner and more inviting."

"The staff at this hotel are SO nice. Every time I had a question or need they went above and beyond being helpful. The room was nice, the kitchen is very handy. My only snag during my stay was our garbage disposal wasn't working and after the first day the sink in the kitchen would fill with water quickly, making washing dishes difficult. I asked about it twice, but I think they were having trouble getting maintenance out. I would stay here again!"

"When we arrived after driving for eight hours, we discovered upon entering our room that it did not have a sofa bed, which we had specifically reserved. However, following a discussion with the front desk, we were upgraded to a larger room at no additional charge. We were grateful that they accommodated us and had a suitable room available. If we have to evacuate for hurricane, we will be returning to this hotel. "

"Even though we only stayed for one night, our experience was great! The hotel is clean, quiet, we enjoyed our room and our kids did as well. Breakfast was good and the staff treated us very well from the receptionist up to the staff in charge of the breakfast and area. Totally recommend this hotel and will definitely use again when back in the area!!!"

"I was on a business trip with dogs. I and my dogs received a warm welcome. I called ahead to make sure they had wifi and a business center with a printer. But the wifi was poor and I had to use my phone as hot spot. The business center was closed for construction or repairs. My room had a mini fridge but no microwave.
