"We loved the amazing view and access to the ocean. Reviews were great so my wife booked it for me and kiddos. Unfortunately there was a problem with the cleanliness of the room which was not addressed by front desk staff but dismissed as “not true”. Not sure he got the memo that the customer is always right. Went to talk with cleaning staff who took photos and after shared with front desk staff who once again dismissed me and denied the possibility that his staff missed it. Could be a freak...

"The Dublin House is a nice, clean place that I would stay at again. The room was very neat and clean and the service was good. While it's an older property, it's been well maintained."

"The rooms are small and falling apart. The pool is closed and they did not advertise or tell us it was shut down and we booked so our kids could swim. The tv would not work and neither would the WiFi. The one staff member who was working was not very helpful. All in all it was a horrible experience and for 400 for 2 nights it was the worst place we have stayed on the Oregon coast."

"The room was clean and the staff was helpful. Nice selection of food at breakfast. We walked a few blocks to a nice restaurant when we arrived. Enjoyed a good meal with a beautiful view of the sunset. Nice place to stay. The hotel is close to the beach and a few blocks off the highway, so we were able to hear the ocean and not the traffic."

"First visit here, and we will definitely go back again and again. Great location, every unit has a deck that looks out over the courtyard with a view of the ocean. Fully stocked kitchen, giant shower, giant TV (and we were in a "studio" unit!). Great friendly staff, and lots of dogs!! Our new favorite spot on the entire Oregon coast."

"I really enjoyed the location and the room at Waves Hotel. The property was clean, comfortable, and worked well for our family. The pool was definitely a hit with the kids and added to our stay. My biggest disappointment was the breakfast. It consisted mainly of waffles and cereal, which wasn't what I expected for the price of our stay. "The manager was a bit rude .. you work in customer service try to be a little nicer to people (Heather ) I understand she tried explaining to us we were trying to stay in the same room instead of moving rooms but she was a bit rude to me . The property can use some maintenance we didn’t have a gd nite sleep our neighbors had kids we had wanted to come and rest for our anniversary but we didn’t get to stay the second night . Phiona V"
