"Very clean with all accommodations. There was a minor incident where I put the kettle on and blew the breaker but the hotel fixed it immediately. Shuttle is easy and connects to the sprinter line which gets you to Centraal in 15 minutes. It’s obviously a bit far out from the centre of town, but we didn’t mind. "The apartment itself was excellent - very comfortable with lots of space. Location was great with some excellent restaurants nearby. A place called Do Belo was our favourite and within 5 minutes walk.
Staff were brilliant, but the check in process was a bit complicated as we arrived after 8pm. We had to go to the sister hotel to pick up our room keys before going to the hotel itself. "La chambre impeccable! Le personnel courtois et professionel! Menu restreint au restaurant mais bien réalisé et des bouchées mise en bouche compliments de la maison! Bien accessible depuis le centre d’Amsterdam en transport en commun mais il faut compter 30 minutes! Peu de commerces autour! Je recommande si vous souhaitez un environnement paisible!"

"I'm coming from another country with bags then I discover that there is only stairs to take the bags and I have to take it by myself which is very hard for me.
I receive the room without cleaning and ful of insects. When I complain they didn't do anything only the security help me by changing the room"
